Kitchen install checklist

Print this and walk through it before our edge box arrives.

1. List every camera + brand/model + RTSP URL
2. Confirm cameras are 1080p+ and accessible on LAN
3. Identify a network port + power outlet for the edge box
4. Ensure internet access for outbound MQTT (port 8883)
5. Pick a Slack/WhatsApp channel for alerts
6. Identify 1 manager who'll receive sign-off pings
7. Schedule a 1-hour onboarding call with our team
